We have engaged in providing moulds for nearly 10 years, are especially good at gravity casting moulds and aluminum roto-moulds made of aluminum
and molding plastic products made of Il DPE or HDPE.
Our product range includes:
1) Aluminum rotational mould
a) Can make 300 sets rotational mould per year based on custom-design
b) Can make tech-drawings composed by pro-engineer, CAD, solid works,
Unigraphics (mainly), and Mastercam
2) Custom-design rotational moulding
a) Roto-molding OEM service available
b) We have four roto-machines, one of them has three arms and each of
which is 2.8 meters long and is able to mold products within 2.5 meters length
c) Including: air-blower shells, tool cases, petrol tanks, flower planters, water
tanks for scrubbers, truck roofs, stock cases for motorcycles, golf equipment
cases, speaker shells, fenders, display cases
d) We'd like to help assemble parts into a complete product based on our
extremely competitive cost
